Jessie L. Mullaney graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Dayton in 2012 and is a 2015 graduate of The University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. While in Law School Ms. Mullaney served on the Moot Court Board and was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and The Student Bar Association, serving as a Senator to the Student Government Association. She practiced under supervision with a limited license with both the University of Louisville Robert and Sue Ellen Ackerson Law Clinic and the University of Louisville CASE project, serving indigent clients who are victims of domestic violence in their Emergency Protective Order hearings, divorce actions, custody disputes and housing cases. In her third year Ms. Mullaney worked as a Law Clerk to Judge Brian C. Edwards in Jefferson County Circuit Court, Division Eleven.
Prior to joining BB&B, Ms. Mullaney worked as an Assistant County Attorney in Fayette County in the General Criminal Prosecution Division. Ms. Mullaney is admitted to practice before all courts in Kentucky. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Fayette County Bar Association and Women Lawyers’ Association. Outside of BB&B, Ms. Mullaney enjoys teaching youth dance classes, volunteering with the Kentucky Junior League and spending time with family.
